ES GRAU

CALES COVES
Cales Coves, located near Cala en Porter on Menorca’s south coast, is one of the island’s most extraordinary and atmospheric places. Renowned for its dramatic sea caves and crystal-clear waters, this hidden cove combines natural beauty with deep historical significance. Carved directly into the rock, Necropolis of Cales Coves consists of dozens of caves that were used as burial chambers from the Bronze Age through Roman times. These ancient spaces tell the story of Menorca’s earliest inhabitants and offer a rare, tangible connection to the island’s past.
After an energising yoga session surrounded by cliffs and open sky, there is time to snorkel in the gin-clear water. Beneath the surface, you’ll discover a vibrant marine world filled with colourful fish and coastal sea life, making Cales Coves as captivating underwater as it is above.

SANTAAGUEDA

SANTA AGUEDA
Everyone knows Monte Toro, Menorca’s highest point—but few have discovered the magic of Castell de Santa Àgueda. Rising to 264 metres above sea level, this is the island’s third-highest peak and one of its most rewarding viewpoints, with sweeping panoramic views across Menorca and out to the Mediterranean.
Our hike winds through quiet countryside before climbing toward the summit along the remains of an ancient Roman road, followed for the final kilometres. Walking these stones feels like stepping back in time, on a route used for over two thousand years. At the top, the atmospheric ruins of Castell de Santa Àgueda crown the peak, standing as silent witnesses to the island’s layered history.
Our yoga session takes place high above the island, surrounded by open sky and panoramic views in every direction. Even on hot summer days, a refreshing breeze sweeps across the summit. After the practice, there’s time to explore the ruins, soak in the views, and enjoy the stillness of this forgotten stronghold before hiking back to the car park.

Rarely in a such short hike, you can pass through an exceptional variety of landscapes—making this trail both uniquely rewarding and more challenging, especially on hot summer days. The constant change in scenery keeps the walk dynamic and full of contrast.
Our yoga session takes place at Playa Tortuga, a pristine and unspoiled beach with spectacular views of the Favaritx lighthouse. Here, the turquoise, crystal-clear water invites a refreshing swim and we can enjoy the wildest nature of Menorca without buildings or tourist crowds around.

Our hike begins in the charming local town of Alaior and follows a gentle inland trail made up of country lanes and shaded forest paths, far removed from the coastline.
Our yoga session takes place within the quarry itself, surrounded by soaring stone walls and a profound sense of stillness. The atmosphere here is truly magical—birdsong echoes through the space, the light shifts gently across the rock, and the outside world feels very far away.
