Yoga & Hiking is an unique experience to discover Menorca by foot and enjoy yoga practice in the middle of stunning nature.
My 9 different hiking trails will bring you to explore hidden parts of the island that only a few tourists have seen! This activity is for everyone who loves nature, hiking, outdoor yoga and wants to connect with like-minded people during the holidays.

ESGRAU
ES GRAU
Es Grau is an authentic fishing village on the north coast, located only 10 km from Mahón. Our hiking starts from the s'Albufera Natural Park which contains a huge variety of wildlife and geology; like birds, turtles and raptors. The road brings us through the pleasant lake-landscapes and forests to the coastline with sand dunes and old Roman ruins. Our yoga spot is in Cala Rambles where we'll also have a little breakfast and swim before heading back to Es Grau.

CALESCOVES
CALES COVES
Cales Coves is located near Cala en Porter and it's well-known for the best caves in the south part of Menorca. Hiking starts from Cova d'en Xoroi and follows the stunning coastline with viewpoints to the Necropolis de Cales Coves where hippies were living in the caves during the sixties. It's a must-see cultural place for people who are interested in the history of Menorca. After the yoga class on the beach, there is time to snorkel in a gin clear water, and discover all kinds of fishes and marine fauna.

SANTAAGUEDA

SANTA AGUEDA
Everyone knows Monte Toro in Menorca, but have you heard about Castell de Santa Agueda? It's a third highest peak in the island with panoramic views, standing 264m above sea level. Our hiking trail goes through the most authentic and untouched countryside in Menorca with cows and green fields. The castle on the top of the peak is accessed by an ancient Roman road that we'll follow the last kilometers of the hike. During the yoga class, we can enjoy stunning views over the island and a pleasant wind blows even in a hot summer day. After the class there is time to explore our surroundings and the historical ruins before heading back to the car park.

SALINASDADDAIA
SALINAS D'ADDAIA
The Salt marshes "Salinas" of Addaia are located at the edge of the Parc Natural de s'Albufeira on the north coast of Menorca. It's a wonderful zone for bird watching all year round and observe different pieces linked to the wetlands, even flamingos! The trail offers a remarkable variety of landscapes from the ocean views to the green fields. Our yoga spot will be in the middle of the remains of the old salt farm. On the way back to Port Addaia we will stop in a little fisherman's house next to the sea to enjoy views and have a little breakfast.

FORNELLS
FORNELLS
Fornells is located on the north side of Menorca and has a stunning coastline with wild nature around. Our hike starts from Cala Tirant (one of the best surfing beaches in Menorca) and follows the famous Cami de Cavalls walking trail over the green hills and hidden little bays. After 1 hour hike, we'll stop for a yoga class on a little terrace next to the sea with beautiful views and crystal-clear water. The place is perfect to enjoy swimming and snorkeling after the class.

COLOMS
COVA DES COLOMS
Discover the biggest cave in Balearic Islands! Our hiking starts from a lovely local town on the mainland called Es Migjorn Gran and ends up to Playa Binigaus which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca. On the way heading to the coast, we'll visit the famous cave called Cova des Coloms that is also named by the locals as a "Natural Catedhral". The scenery is outstanding and there is a lot of nature to see like wild tortoises. Playa Binigaus is our spot for the yoga practice, swim and breakfast before heading back to Es Migjorn Gran.

FAVARITX
FAVARITX
Favaritx is one of the seven lighthouses in Menorca. It's standing isolated on the north-east corner of the island with the lunar-like nature and surroundings. Rarely, in a such short hike, you can walk through so many different landscapes, which makes this trail really unique to explore but also more challenging in a hot summer day. Our yoga spot is in Playa Tortuga with spectacular views of the Favaritx. This unspoiled beach is inviting everyone to dip in a crystal clear water and enjoy the wildest nature of Menorca without buildings or tourist crowds.

CALA PILAR
CALA PILAR
Cala Pilar is one of the most remote and wild beaches in Menorca surrounded by cliffs and curious reddish argillaceous rocks. The beach is ideal for snorkelling as it's within a nature reserve and has abundant marine flora and fauna. The northern coastline in Menorca is very unspoiled and beautiful but more challenging to discover by foot. This circular trail will test our strength and bring us over the green hills, pine tree forests to the rocky coastline. Yoga class will be in Els Alocs before going to enjoy swimming and breakfast in spectacular Cala Pilar.
