ABOUT
I'm Tiina, a Finnish girl, who after years of traveling found her new home and roots in a beautiful Mediterranean island called Menorca.
I'm the person behind OMenorca that was born from my love for the nature and yoga. I'm truly an outdoor person, an ocean soul, and nature has always been one of the biggest inspirations for me also as a yoga teacher.
Through my work, I'm hoping to bring people closer to their true selves. By practicing yoga outdoors, we're not just connecting with ourselves; we can also find a sense of wholeness with the nature around us, where we are all One.
Here is my story in a few words: Around 7 years ago, I ended up in India, where I stepped on the yoga mat for the very first time. It wasn't love at the first sight, but little by little, yoga became a to be a part of my everyday life and overall well-being. The more I discovered, the more passionate I became to take care of myself and the others. Over the years, the passion turned into my profession and I completed my first training in Barcelona 2019.

As a teacher, I'm really authentic and passionate. I'm always teaching fully from my heart, and I'm letting my passion flow into your heart as well. I love to use my creativity to create unique classes that are always enjoyable and encourage you, no matter what's your age or fitness level.
The beautiful truth is, yoga literally changed my life. The physical, emotional, and energetic transformation that happened (and is happening) inside me is something indescribable. I believe "the balance is not something you find in your life - you can actually create it." We already have everything we need to shape our reality. All you have to do is believe in yourself, and yoga is one of the best tools for that process.
Of course, the true balance doesn't come just by standing with one arm or with one leg, but the transformation you're going through the practice will give you the same tools (like patience, consistency, self-acceptance, etc.) that you can use to stabilize your personal life like you always wanted. And over time, the balance you create on the mat will also transform into your everyday life.
