BIO
I'm Tiina, a Finnish girl, who after years of traveling found her new home and roots on a beautiful Mediterranean island of Menorca. I’m the person behind OMenorca, which was born from my deep love for nature and yoga. I’m truly an outdoor person, and nature has always been one of my greatest inspirations, both in life and in my work as a yoga teacher.
Through my work, I hope to bring people closer to their true selves. By practicing yoga outdoors, we're not just connecting with ourselves; we can also find a sense of wholeness with the nature around us, where we are all One.
Here is my story in a few words: 9 years ago, I ended up in India, where I stepped on the yoga mat for the very first time. It wasn't love at the first sight, but little by little, yoga became a to be a part of my everyday life and overall well-being. The more I discovered, the more passionate I became to take care of myself and the others. Over the years, the passion turned into my profession and I completed my first teacher training in Barcelona 2019.

As a teacher, I bring authenticity and passion to every class I lead. I always teach fully from my heart, and I let my passion flow into your heart as well. I love using my creativity to design unique classes that are enjoyable, inspiring, and accessible to everyone—no matter your age or fitness level.
The beautiful truth is that yoga has truly changed my life. The physical, emotional, and energetic transformation I have experienced—and continue to experience—is something difficult to fully describe. I believe that balance is not something you simply find in life; it is something you consciously create. We already carry within us everything we need to shape our own reality. All it takes is believing in yourself, and yoga can be one of the most powerful tools to support that journey.
Of course, true balance is not simply achieved through physical postures or performing a handstand. The real transformation happens through the practice itself, which gradually gives you valuable tools—such as patience, consistency, and self-acceptance. These qualities can help you create greater stability and harmony in your personal life. Over time, the balance you create on the mat naturally begins to reflect in your everyday life.
With Love, Tiina
